This is your invitation to join Canada's organized presence at the Summer Fancy Food Show (SFFS) in Washington, from July 10-12, 2011.

The SFFS is the largest specialty food and beverage event in North America, attracting more than 24,000 attendees from around the world. This is an opportunity to meet senior representatives from every segment of the food service industry – retailers, restaurateurs, brokers, wholesalers, importers and other distributors of specialty-gourmet, ethnic, natural and organic food, snacks and beverages.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada will manage the Canada Pavilion at the SFFS 2011. Canadian exhibitors receive, at a competitive and reasonable cost, premium exhibitor space on the international floor, as well as several high quality services and one-on-one support including:

• Canada Branded exhibitor booth with hard-wall construction, carpeting, company signage, basic electricity, shelves, table and chairs, wastebasket, and daily booth cleaning
• Exhibitor badges
• Show and catalogue registration
• Support from AAFC market development staff
• On-site and ongoing marketing support from U.S. Consulates General staff
• Organized retail tours prior to the trade show event
• Seminars, workshops and networking events
• Product promotion with White House Executive Chef Guy Mitchell
• Facilitating application process for membership with NASFT
• Participation in the Business Builders Program for NASFT members (one-on-one matchmaking meetings)

The cost for participation which includes the package of services outlined above is set at:

• Cdn $3,000 with a 10' x 5' half-booth
• Cdn $5,000 with a 10' x 10' regular booth
• Cdn $5,500 with 10' x 10' corner booth
